How long does it take to ship a custom candy order?

We do our best to process and ship all custom orders within 1–3 business days. Need something bigger or more specific? For large custom gift box or bulk candy orders, email us at info@noshnycandy.com—we’ll make sure your order is perfectly sweet and right on time.

Do you offer drop shipping for custom candy gifts?

Yes! We offer drop shipping for corporate gifting, event favors, or personal surprises. Send us your recipient list, and we’ll handle the rest—delivering the best candy gift boxes directly to their doors, hassle-free.

Can I add a gift note after placing my order?

Oops happens—don’t worry! If tracking info hasn’t been sent yet, just email us at info@noshnycandy.com with your order number and your gift message. We’ll make sure it’s included with your candy delivery.

What’s the shelf life of NOSH NYC candy?

Our candy is at its best when enjoyed within 6 months of purchase. Each product has a Best By date printed on the back, so you’ll always know when to snack (or gift!) by.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our products are perishable, we can’t accept returns. But if there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us at info@noshnycandy.com—customer happiness is our top priority :) 

Do you offer same-day candy delivery in NYC?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery within New York City. Just choose the “Local Delivery” option at checkout, and your sweet gift will arrive fresh and fast.

What types of candy do you offer?

We offer a rotating seasonal selection of premium, nostalgic, and unique shapes of candy from around the world, including sour and sweet gummies, chocolate treats, and more. We handpick each item for high quality and taste. 

Are your candies allergen-free or vegan?

Some of our candy flavors are vegan, gluten-free, or nut-free, however they are all packed in the same facility. Please check each product’s ingredient list or reach out to us if you have dietary restrictions—we’re happy to guide you to the right treat!
