  1. How long does it take to ship a custom order?We strive to process and ship all custom orders within 1-3 business days. For larger custom requests, please email us at info@noshnycandy.com, and we’ll discuss all the details to ensure your order is just right!
  2.  Do you offer drop shipping?Yes! We offer convenient drop shipping, so we can easily send your custom candy gifts directly to each of your recipients. No hassle, just sweetness delivered.
  3. Oops, I forgot a gift note! Can I still add one? No worries! As long as tracking information hasn’t been provided yet, just email us at info@noshnycandy.com with your order number and the message you’d like to add. We’ll take care of it!
  4. What’s the shelf life of NOSH NYC candy?We recommend consuming NOSH NYC candy within 6 months from the date of purchase. Each item will also have a Best By date printed on the back for your convenience.
  5. Do you accept returns? We’re sorry if you’re not fully satisfied, but since our candy is perishable, we unfortunately can’t accept returns. If there are any quality issues, please reach out to us at info@noshnycandy.com, and we’ll make it right for you!
  6. Do you offer same-day delivery? Yes! We offer same-day candy delivery throughout New York City. Select the "local delivery" option at checkout.
